摘  要:为消除烟用香精色泽评价的主观性与不确定性,采用色差仪分别检测了不同种类、同一种类不同批次以及不同稀释比例烟用香精的色泽。结果表明:①色差仪适用于烟用香精色泽的检测,黏稠深色等复杂样品可通过稀释处理后再进行测试;②色差仪能够将不同种类、同一种类不同批次、不同稀释比例样品的色泽以数据形式准确表示;③色差仪的检测精度较好,色泽指标(L^*、a^*、b^*)平行测试结果的相对标准偏差均低于5%;④色泽指标可直接反映目视法无法分辨的色泽接近样品间的差别;⑤与折光指数和相对密度相比,色差值更能反映稀释比例变化引起的质量波动。To eliminate the subjectivity and uncertainty of color evaluation for tobacco flavors,a colorimeter was used to measure the colors of different types of tobacco flavors at different dilution ratios and different batches of the same flavor.The results showed that:1)Colorimetry was suitable for the color detection of tobacco flavors,however complex samples with sticky dark color could be only detected after diluting.2)Colorimetry could accurately presented the sample colors of different flavor types at different dilution ratios and different batches of the same type.3)Colorimetry featured an acceptable detection accuracy with the relative standard deviations of parallel tests of color indices(L^*,a^*,b^*)were all less than 5%.4)Colorimetry could directly reflect the color difference between the samples of similar colors which could not be distinguished by visual method.5)Compared with refractive index and relative density,color difference value was easier to reflect the quality fluctuation caused by the change of dilution ratio.
