摘　　要：为适应新时代建设教育强国目标的需要,高职院校加大力度打造高素质高水平“双师型”教师队伍,已然成为教育教学改革发展中的一项重大而迫切的任务。文章立足于理论联系实际,系统论述“学习创新型”教学团队以“学习型组织”理论为指导,运用“五位一体”发展模式,成功走出一条内涵式发展之路的经验。In order to meet the needs of building a strong education country in the new era,it has become an important and urgent task for the reform and development of higher vocational education to strengthen the efforts to build a high-quality and high-level“double qualified”teacher team.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper systematically discusses the experience of the“learning innovation”teaching team,guided by the“learning organization”theory and using the“Five in One”development mode,to successfully walk out of a connotative developmental road.
