农业高职院校学生专业认同现状与提升路径探索研究——以苏州农业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：坚持农业农村优先发展,强化乡村振兴人才支撑,将农业专业类人才引向农业农村,使他们成为促进农业农村事业发展的人才资源库,因此,不断增强涉农专业学生的专业认同是关键。文章随机抽取了苏州农业职业技术学院600名在校学生进行了专业认同调查,了解涉农学生专业认同现状,进而了解学生的专业认知、专业态度和专业情感,影响学生的未来职业成就方向,对高职涉农专业人才培养和管理提供可参考建议。It has been a long term strategy of the nation to adhere to the prioritizing development of agriculture and rural area,strengthen the support of talented professionals towards rural revitalization,and bring agricultural professional talents to rural areas,building up a talent pool to promote the cause of the development of agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,it becomes the key to continuously enhance the professional identity of agricultural college students.In this paper,600 students from Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture were randomly selected to conduct a survey themed on professional identity.The survey covers the current situation of professional identity of agricultural college students,summarizes students'professional cognition,professional attitude,professional emotion and factors that affect students'future career direction and achievement,thus provides a reference for the cultivation and management of students of agricultural majors in higher vocational colleges.
