摘 要:针对高职物联网应用技术专业在建设中存在的人才培养定位与企业需求相脱节问题,分析其表现形式,提出教师队伍、校企合作机制、柔性化课程体系、质量评价系统与人才培养紧密结合和相互促进的有效举措。实践证明,这些措施有效地解决了专业建设与市场产业发展协同的问题,提高了专业培养人才的吻合度。In view of the incompatibility of talent training orientation with the needs of enterprises concerning the Internet of things application technology specialty in higher vocational education,this paper proposes effective measures,after analyzing its manifestations,which integrate the building of teams of teachers,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,flexible curriculum system,quality evaluation system and talent cultivation,and promote each other.It is proved that these measures effectively solve the problem of coordination between professional construction and the industry development in market,uplifting the fitting effect of professional talent cultivation.
