摘　　要：加强党支部建设,提升党支部组织力,对于坚持中国特色社会主义大学的办学方向至关重要。高校党支部是依托特定的分工建立的正式群体组织,具备组织行为学特点,可以用组织行为学理论解释。党支部组织力内涵建设应该依托真实型领导理论的四个维度来提高党支部领导者的领导力。通过强化支部员工的效能感、心理资本、情绪,在管理团队中营造积极的氛围,达到提高组织绩效的目标。Strengthening the construction of Party branches and enhancing the organizational capability of Party branches is an important guarantee for running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics.University Party branch is a formal group organization established on the basis of specific division of work.It has the characteristics of organizational behavior and can be explained by the theory of organizational behavior.The construction of the connotation of the organizational strength of the Party branch should rely on the four dimensions of the real leadership theory to improve the leadership of the Party branch leaders.By strengthening the sense of effectiveness,psychological capital,and emotions of branch employees,while creating a positive atmosphere for the management team,the goal of improving organizational performance is achieved.
