摘　　要：在新时代和新经济模式的背景下,高校培养学生以人才培养模式为主,人才培养模式的建立应以社会需求为导向,结合优秀企业制定培养目标,将学生培养成具有“一专多能”“创新创造”“零适应期”的新型职业复合型技术技能人才。文章将以对如何以社会需求为导向建立高职高专院校电子商务技术人才培养模式进行探究,校企结合,保障课程体系具有前瞻性和实用性,保证学校培养的人才符合社会所需。In the context of a new era and a new economic model,school training students should focus on serving the society,the exploration of talent training mode should be guided by social needs,combined with excellent enterprises to develop training objectives,so as to train students into a new type of vocational compound technical talents with“one specialty and multiple abilities”,“innovation and creation”and“zero adaptation period”.This article will explore how to set up the training mode of e-commerce technical talents in higher vocational colleges based on social demand,and ensure that the curriculum system is forward-looking and practical,so as to ensure that the talents trained in the school meet the needs of the society.
