摘  要:目的:探究医学免疫学与微生物学课程教学中基于翻转课堂的在线混合式教学模式对学生学习效果的影响。方法:采用不相等实验组对照组准实验研究,并辅以雨课堂统计数据和问卷调查资料分析,实验组采用雨课堂在线直播,开展基于翻转课堂的在线混合式教学,对照组采用传统课堂讲授法。实验组和对照组数据分别收集于2020年和2019年春季学期。结果:实验组学生成绩显著高于对照组,改变了学生学习方式,提高了学生自主学习能力。结论:依托于雨课堂直播教学,在医学免疫学与微生物学课程开展在线混合式教学,可显著提高学生学习效果。Objective:To investigate effect of online blended learning based on flipped classroom design on student learning outcome in Medical Immunology and Microbiology course.Methods:Online blended learning with a flipped classroom via rain classroom was applied in experimental group and control group using traditional teacher-centered learning method Analyzed data via rain classroom,which were collected from 2020 and 2019 spring terms.Results:Student grades were significantly higher in experiment group and their interest of studying as well as ability to study independently has been improved and trained.Conclusion:Through live teaching of rain classroom,online blended learning based on flipped classroom is developed,which has a significant role in promoting learning effect of students.
