摘　　要：我国高职院校肩负着培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大任务。因此,必须坚持正确的政治方向,坚持立德树人原则,以马克思社会有机体理论和恩格斯合力思想为指导,通过牢牢把握思想政治教育主旋律、充分发挥教师的教育主导性、充分调动学生的参与主动性这三个维度,全方位加强大学生思想政治教育工作,保证学校教育目标的顺利实现。Chinese higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training builders and successors of socialist cause who develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laboriously in an all-round way.Therefore,we must adhere to the correct political direction,adhere to the principle of moral education,guided by Engels'joint efforts thoughts,strengthen the ideological and political education of college students in an allround way and ensure the smooth realization of the school education goals by firmly grasping the main theme of ideological and political education,giving full play to teachers'educational leading role and fully mobilizing students'participation initiative.
