基于教育扶贫视角谈天津职业教育援疆帮扶模式

摘　　要：“十三五”开局之年,在脱贫攻坚关键时期,天津援疆工作前方指挥部投入2.8亿元支持和田职业技术学院建设,并依托和田地区产业结构开展专业建设工作。探索出由天津职业院校组团援建模式,提出了长短结合、内外兼修、软硬兼施、输造血并重的天津职教援疆帮扶方式。根据和田地区企业特点,提出了基于学生兴趣实施多方向发展的人才培养模式,形成了天津职教帮扶经验。In the beginning of the“13th Five-year Plan”,the critical period of fighting poverty,the front command of Tianjin’s aid to Xinjiang has invested 280 million yuan to support the construction of Hetitan Vocational and Technical College,and to develop professional construction relying on the industrial structure of Hetian region.The study has explored the model of group-assistance by vocational colleges in Tianjin,and proposed the support mode of Tianjin vocational education assistance to Xinjiang of combining long and short cultivation,internal and external training,hard and soft application,and blood transfusion and hematopoiesis.According to the characteristics of enterprises in Hetian,the study puts forward a multi-directional talents training mode based on students'interests,and forms the Tianjin experience of vocational education assistance.
