摘　　要：目的探究中医住院医师规范化培训学员中医临床思维培养体会。方法研究时段2019年1月—2020年1月,以本院中医住院医师作为研究对象,按照抽签的方式进行分组:对照组(n=45例,未开展中医临床思维强化培训),观察组(n=45例,开展中医临床思维强化培训),对比两组中医住院医师中医临床思维培养情况,对比两组中医住院医师培养前后理论知识评分、技能操作评分、专业素养评分。结果两组中医住院医师接受专业训练前,理论知识评分、技能操作评分、专业素养评分对比均无统计学意义:P>0.05;对观察组中医住院医师开展中医临床思维强化培训后,住院医师理论成绩、操作技能评分、专业素养评分均显著高于对照组,组间数据对比:P<0.05。结论随着当前医疗体制不断改革,医院教育模式逐渐转变,中医医院中医类别住院医师临床思维能力培养十分必要。在临床教学过程中,既需要重视基本理论,还需要转变思维方式,掌握现代中医学理论等,为中医临床培养全面、优质的高能力人才。Objective To explore the experience of the training of TCM clinical thinking in the standardized training of TCM residents.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,the TCM residents were divided into two groups according to the way of drawing lots:control group(n=45 cases,no intensive training of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese Medicine),observation group(n=45 cases,intensive training of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese Medicine),comparison of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine between two groups,two groups before and after the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation and professional quality were evaluated.Results Before the two groups of TCM residents received professional training,there was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge score,skill operation score and professional quality score:P>0.05;after the observation group of TCM residents carried out the intensive training of TCM clinical thinking,the theoretical score,operation skill score and professional quality score of the residents were significantly higher than those of the control group.Data comparison between the groups:P<0.05.Conclusion With the continuous reform of the current medical system and the gradual transformation of the hospital education mode,it is necessary to cultivate the clinical thinking ability of TCM residents in TCM hospitals.In the process of clinical teaching,we should not only attach importance to the basic theory,but also change the way of thinking,master the modern theory of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to cultivate comprehensive and high-quality talents with high ability for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
