摘  要:为加强培养学生创新精神、实践能力、自主学习能力等,从实际出发探索车辆工程专业开放性实验教学模式。基于PDCA质量控制循环,从学生能力、实验教学方法、实验管理流程、考核评价体系等方面进行分析,梳理车辆工程专业开放性实验教学中存在的不足;针对问题提出教学改革措施,分三阶段实现质量控制,并在教改过程中及时反馈新问题,进入下一循环,从而达到"闭环"控制。通过质量改进,使开放性实验教学活动更具有逻辑性和科学性,最终达到实验教学模式不断完善、学生创新意识与实践能力不断提升的目的。In order to strengthen the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit, practical ability and independent learning ability, the open experimental teaching model for the vehicle engineering specialty is explored from the perspective of reality. Based on the PDCA(plan, do, check and action) quality control cycle, this paper analyzes the students’ ability, experimental teaching methods, experimental management process, assessment system, and sums up the shortcomings in the open experimental teaching for the vehicle engineering specialty. In view of the problems, the paper puts forward the teaching reform measures, realizes the quality control in three stages, feeds back new problems in time in the process of teaching reform and enters the next cycle, so as to achieve "closed-loop" control. Through the quality improvement, the open experimental teaching becomes more logical and scientific, and finally achieves the goal of continuous improvement of the experimental teaching model and continuous improvement of students’ innovation awareness and practical ability.
