摘　　要：通过对基于循证医学理念的二级数据库(UpToDate)的功能、优缺点,以及在住院医师规范化培训中的应用进行总结,以泌尿外科规范化培训为例,探索并思考如何利用有效的数字化医学资源,持续地提升临床思维的培训质量,包括教学内容的准确与规范、专业知识结构体系构建、循证医学方式的临床决策选择等一系列提高临床思维能力的问题,使规范化培训多样化、形象化、真实化。通过反复的实践教学,逐步建立独立解决问题的能力,以期同质化培养有岗位胜任能力的住院医生。This article summarizes the function,advantages and disadvantages of the secondary database(UpToDate)based on the concept of evidence-based medicine,and its application in standardized resident training of urology.It explores how to use effective digital medical resources to continuously improve the quality of clinical-thinking training,including the accuracy and standardization of teaching content,the construction of professional knowledge structure,and the decision-making on evidence-based medicine.That makes the standardized training diversified,visualized and actualized.Through repeated practice,standardized resident training will be homogenized,interns are trained to be an independent problem-solvers and qualified doctors.
