摘　　要：“畜产品加工”是一门多学科交叉的应用型课程,具有内容覆盖面广、跨度大、与实际联系密切等特点。为了培养学生的专业技能、学习能力和创新能力,提高“畜产品加工”课程的教学质量,建立了畜产品加工生产场景视频库进行教学改革。分析了传统教学方式的缺陷和生产场景视频教学方法的优势,畜产品加工生产场景视频库的建设过程及其在畜产品加工课堂上的应用效果,可以为该课程和相近领域课程的教学改革方法提供参考。Animal Product Processing is an interdisciplinary and applied curriculum.And it is a course which has the characteristics of vast content,wide span and close contact with actuality.In order to enhance the professional technology,learning ability and innovation capability of students,improve the quality of teaching,the productive scene video library of Animal Product Processing was constructed.The disadvantages of traditional teaching methods and the superiority of productive scene video library is discussed in the paper.The process of construction of productive scene video library and the application effect in the Animal Products Processing course was reviewed to provide some references for teaching in animal product processing and the other courses in similar fields.
