摘 要:通过深度访谈开展了对8名农村初中英语教师培养学生英语学科核心素养认知情况的个案研究。研究发现,总体上他们对英语学科核心素养持积极态度,但认识水平跟政策要求与现实需要仍有差距,在课程实施中面临如何将英语学科核心素养培养融入英语课程教学的挑战。因此,为落实核心素养、有效推进课程改革,应该加强对初中英语教师,尤其是农村地区初中英语教师的发展培训,提升其对新一轮课程改革的认识以及专业化水平。Using in-depth interviews,the present study surveyed 8 junior high school English teachers′in nurturing students′key competencies in their English courses.The research finds that they have a positive attitude towards the core competence of English subjects on the whole,but there is a gap between their understanding and the current policy requirements.In the implementation of the course,they are faced with the challenge of how to integrate the cultivation of English core literacy into English teaching.The teachers suggested that providing English teachers,especially those at secondary schools in rural areas,with professional development training,and raising their awareness and professionalism would help teachers nurture their students′key competencies of English and promote the curriculum reform.
