摘　　要：目的探讨云录播平台在《基础护理学》实践课程中的应用效果。方法随机选取我校2017和2018级学生作为研究对象,将2017级学生设为对照组,2018级学生设为观察组。根据《基础护理学(人卫第六版)》教材,对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用云录播平台教学法。比较两组第一学期和第二学期的理论和实践成绩、学生自我评价和教学效果满意度。结果观察组第一学期和第二学期理论、实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学生自我评价和教学效果满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论云录播平台应用于《基础护理学》实践课程中,可提升护理专业学生实践技能与理论知识水平,提高学生的自我评价和教学效果满意度,值得教学推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of cloud recording and broadcasting platform in the practical course of"Basic Nursing Science".Methods To randomly select the 2017 and 2018 students of our school was set as the study objects,the 2017 students were set as a control group,and the 2018 students were set as an observation group.According to the textbook of"Basic Nursing Science(Human Health Sixth Edition)",the control group adopted conventional teaching methods,and the observation group adopted cloud recording and broadcasting platform teaching methods on the basis of the control group to compare the theoretical and practical performance,students'self-evaluation and satisfaction of teaching effect in the two groups during the first and second semester.Results The theoretical and practical performance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the first and second semester(P<0.05).The students'self-evaluation and satisfaction of teaching effect in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cloud recording and broadcasting platform in the practical courses of"Basic Nursing Science"can improve the practical skills and theoretical knowledge level of nursing students,and improve the students'self-evaluation and satisfaction of teaching effect.It was worthy of teaching promotion and application.
