摘　　要：远程开放教育打破了传统的教师讲、学生学的模式,并根据现代教育理论平衡了“教”与“学”之间的关系,远程开放教育教师要在学习者自己掌控学习的进度、内容和步骤的前提下,通过教学“会谈”来指导其学习,对教师而言是巨大的挑战。因此,提升远程开放教育教师的导学能力迫在眉睫。该文基于学前儿童心理学课程的在线教学实践,对远程开放教育教师导学能力的提升策略进行了多层次的探讨。Distance open education breaks the traditional model of teachers'teaching and students'learning,and balances the relationship between"learning"and"teaching"based on modern education theories.It is a huge challenge for teachers of distance open education to guide learners'learning through teaching"conversations"under the premise of their control of the progress,content and steps of learning.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the teaching ability of teachers in distance open education.Based on the online teaching practice of the preschool psychology course,this paper discusses the strategies of improving teachers'ability of guidance for learning in distance open education at multiple levels.
