“211产教一体”应用型人才培养模式改革探析

摘　　要：社会经济的高速发展急需高素质的应用型人才。作为重要的人才输送渠道之一,地方民办高校需要调整人才培养目标,制订可行的人才培养方案,改革人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量。黑龙江财经学院财经信息工程系依托产业学院建设,构建起"211产教一体"的人才培养模式,通过CDIO工程教育和学分置换实现"产教融合、工学结合"的目标,全面提升学生的实践操作能力,从而为社会输送更多的高素质应用型人才。The rapid development of social economy is in urgent need of applied talents with high quality.As one of the providing channels for important talents,the local private colleges should adjust talents cultivation goals,formulate feasible talents cultivation programs,innovate talents cultivation modes,and improve talents cultivation quality.The department of information engineering of Heilongjiang University of Finance and Economics relies on the construction of industry institute,sets up the talents cultivation mode of"211 industry-education integration",realizes the"integration of industry and education,combination between work and study"by the way of CDIO engineering education and credit replacement modes,and promotes students’practical operation ability comprehensively in order to provide more high-quality applied talents for the whole society.
