高校师德师风建设面临的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：在全面建成小康社会、努力实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国特色社会主义新时代,高校教师的重任是为实现中华民族伟大复兴培养高素质、高能力的建设者和接班人。高校教师的素质决定了人才培养的质量,而师德师风建设是提高教师素质的根本方法。分析高校师德师风建设存在的问题、提出解决问题的对策对师德师风建设具有重要意义。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and striving to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is the duty of college teachers to cultivate builders and successors with high quality and ability for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The quality of college teachers determines the quality of personnel training,and the construction of teachers'morality and work-style is the fundamental method to improve the quality of teachers.The paper analyzes the problems and puts forward some countermeasures to the construction of teachers'morality and work-style in colleges and universities.
