摘  要:采用问卷调查法,对新疆维吾尔自治区10所培智学校的123名教师就实施新课标的现状进行了调查。结果显示:新疆培智学校教师实施新课标现状总体上处于中等水平;不同性别的教师在实施新课标的理解与动机、行动与策略、结果与反思三个维度均存在显著差异;不同学历、不同教龄的教师在理解与动机维度存在显著差异;不同任教科目的教师在行动与策略维度存在显著差异。建议通过完善新课标、加强培训和实施教学,改善新疆培智学校教师实施新课标状况。In order to understand the implementation status of new curriculum standards by teachers in mentally retarded schools in Xinjiang,123 teachers from 10 mentally retarded schools in Xinjiang are investigated by questionnaires.The results show that the implementation of new curriculum standards by teachers in mentally retarded schools in Xinjiang is generally at a medium level.There are significant differences among teachers of different genders in three aspects of understanding and motivation,actions and strategies,results and reflections during the implemention of the new curriculum standards.Significant differences also show in the understanding and motivation of teachers with different educational background and teaching age,and the actions and strategies of teachers with different subjects.It is suggested that the implementation of the new curriculum standard could be improved by completing the new curriculum standard,strengthening training and implementing teaching.
