“客舱服务”在线开放课程的建设与实践

摘　　要：民航教育是推动民航业不断发展的保障,课程建设是高职院校培养民航专业人才的重要组成部分。从确定科学有效的课程建设思路、确立广泛多元的课程受众、组建校企混编的课程团队、构建全面专业的课程内容框架以及建设多元丰富的课程教学资源五个方面分析了"客舱服务"在线开放课程的建设情况,从充分发挥学生主体地位、不断更新教学模式、规划运用课程线上课堂、多元开展教学效果评价以及精心维护在线课程平台五个方面对课程的教学实践进行具体阐释,并总结了课程目前建设的成效,提出了课程未来改进的方向。Civil aviation education is the guarantee to promote the continuous development of civil aviation industry.Curriculum construction is an important part of training civil aviation professionals in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the construction of the online open course of"Cabin Services"from five aspects:determining scientific and effective course construction ideas,establishing a wide variety of course audiences,establishing a school enterprise mixed curriculum team,building a comprehensive and professional curriculum content framework,and building diversified and rich curriculum teaching resources.It also analyzes the construction of this course from the following five aspects:giving full play to the dominant position of the students,constantly updating the teaching mode,planning the operation of online classrooms,improving multiple evaluation of the teaching effects,and carefully maintaining the online course platform.It also summarizes the current construction effect of the course and puts forward the direction of future improvement of the course.
