摘　　要：高校劳动教育具有树德、增智、强体、育美,促进大学生成长为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的综合育人价值。针对劳动教育的独特育人价值在一定程度上被忽视,劳动教育正被淡化、弱化和一些大学生不珍惜劳动成果、不想劳动、不会劳动的现象,高校应当增强劳动教育的价值自觉,切实改变淡化、削弱劳动教育的状况,坚持继承与创新的统一,优化劳动教育路径选择,努力谋求劳动教育综合育人价值的充分实现。Labor education in colleges and universities plays an important role in moral cultivation,intellectual enhancement,physical strength and aesthetic education.It can also promote college students to develop into socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morals,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.At present,the unique value of labor education has been ignored to some extent,labor education is being weakened,and some college students do not cherish the achievements of labor,nor do they want to work.In views of these situations,colleges and universities should strengthen the value consciousness of labor education,effectively change the situation weakening labor education,adhere to the unification of inheritance and innovation,optimize the choice of path of labor education,and strive for the full realization of the value of comprehensive labor education.
