摘  要:为了解2017—2019年福建铁路食品安全情况,本文随机抽取600份样品作为检测对象,依据国家相关食品安全标准进行检测。结果显示,2017—2019年食品安全检测各年阳性检出率分别为7.50%、6.00%、5.50%,总检出率为6.33%。餐具大肠杆菌、表面洁净度、动车盒饭致病菌、农残快速检测、食品加工中心温度和生豆浆快检测阳性检出率为10.00%、16.00%、1.00%、6.00%、4.00%、6.00%。福建铁路食品安全检测在餐具大肠杆菌和表面洁净度方面检出率较高,应加强食品安全监管,保证食品安全,有效预防食品安全事故的发生。In order to understand the food safety situation of Fujian railways from 2017 to 2019,this paper randomly selectes 600 samples as the test objects and tests them in accordance with relevant national food safety standards.The results show that the positive detection rates of food safety in each year from 2017 to 2019 are 7.50%,6.00%and 5.50%,and the total detection rate is 6.33%.The positive detection rate of tableware escherichia coli,surface cleanliness,pathogenic bacteria in lunch boxes of trains,fast detection of pesticide residues,food processing center temperature and fast detection of raw soymilk is 10.00%,16.00%,1.00%,6.00%,4.00%,6.00%respectively.Fujian railway food safety inspection has a high detection rate of escherichia coli and surface cleanliness of tableware.Food safety supervision should be strengthened to ensure food safety and effectively prevent food safety accidents.
