摘　　要：针对企业班组安全培训存在的内容匮乏、班组培训体系缺乏系统性等问题,基于云架构技术,利用云计算等数字化、互联网技术,构建面向企业班组的个性化培训模型,提出了一种基于云架构的班组资源共享双向服务模式,建立基于云架构的班组安全平台,打造班组安全培训活动新形式,为基层班组提供一个高效的培训、考核与管理工具,切实提高基层员工的安全意识和操作技能,有效遏制事故的发生。The current team security training exposed the problems such as lack of content and unsystematic training structure.Based on the cloud architecture,the digital and Internet technology such as cloud computing was applied to build personalized training model for the enterprise team and to propose a new two-way mode of resourcing sharing.The team security platform was constructed based on the cloud structure which created a new type of team training and provided an efficient training,assessment and management tool.This research practically improved the safety awareness and operation skills of the grass-roots staff,and effectively curbed the occurrence of accidents.
