摘 要:以调查分析护理实习生在临床学习时的环境现状为目的,以促进教学管理的有效加强和临床学习环境的改善。选取2017年10月我院150名护理实习生作为研究对象,以问卷调查方式对临床学习环境进行评价分析。结果显示,问卷调查整体平均分是(3.62±0.59)分,为一般满意水平。其中工作创新性评分最高,参与情况评分最低,但均属于一般满意水平。男生的整体评分高于女生,本科学历的实习生整体评分高于专科学历实习生,处于实习后期实习生整体评分高于处于实习中期实习生。但经比较发现组间差异均不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理实习生对临床学习时环境评价满意度一般。对此,应不断改善护理实习生临床学习环境,并根据实习生性别、学历等具体情况来给予针对性的带教。The research investigates and analyzes clinical study environment of nursing interns to promote the effective teaching management and the improvement of clinical study environment.150 nursing interns in the hospital in October,2017 are selected as the research objects,and questionnaire survey of clinical study environment is evaluated.Total average score of questionnaire survey is(3.62±0.59),which is of the general satisfaction level.Among them,working innovation score is the highest,and participation situation score is the lowest.However they are both of general satisfaction level.General score of boys is higher than girls,general score of interns of bachelor degree is higher than interns of college degree.General score of interns of later period is higher than that of middle period.There is no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Satisfaction of clinical study environment of nursing interns is general.Therefore,it is suggested to continuously improve clinical study environment,and to teach interns according to the students gender and education background.
