民汉双语教师的核心素养及其提升策略——基于文化互动教育视角

摘  要:民汉双语教师承载我国民族教育的重任,他们在培养少数民族学生融入现代社会的同时,还肩负民族文化传承和文化互动教育的重任。本研究以联合国教科文组织提出的文化互动教育为视角,探索民汉双语教师的核心素养。民汉双语语言能力、文化互动胜任力、双语教育教学能力和终身学习能力是民汉双语教师应具备的特殊核心素养,建议运用鼓励汉族教师从事民汉双语教育、建立民汉双语教师专业入职标准、开设民族文化互动课程、建立学习共用体、创设多元文化环境和提高文化互动教育反思能力等策略来提升民汉双语教师队伍的核心素养。Ethnic-Chinese bilingual teachers bear the heavy responsibility of ethnic education in China.They not only train the citizens of ethnic minorities to have modern scientific and cultural literacy,but also shoulder the heavy responsibility of ethnic cultural inheritance and interactive education.From the perspective of the cultural interaction concept putted forward by the UNESCO,this study recommends an education duty of Ethnic-Chinese bilingual teachers in a new era.It is a serious essential capabilities that Ethnic-Chinese bilingual teachers should possess,including bilingual language abilities,the intercultural competence,bilingual education teaching skills and lifelong learning abilities.It is suggested that strategies such as encouraging the Han teachers to engage in the bilingual education,establishing professional entry standards for bilingual teachers,setting up interactive courses of ethnic culture,establishing a common learning system,creating a multicultural environment and improving the reflective ability of cultural interaction education should be used to improve the core qualities of the Chinese and Chinese bilingual teachers.
