摘 要:构建职业院校与企业命运共同体既是打造职业教育产教融合终极形态的需要,也是发展中国特色职业教育的内在意蕴,更是对接职业教育国际标准的必然要求。其核心要义在于重构利益整合的"最大公约数"的逻辑起点;创新多元合作共赢发展模式的精神实质;实现校企在共同命运中共荣的目标指向。但是目前我国校企合作中存在法律法规缺失导致多元主体权责不清;"壁炉现象"导致供需主体的诉求衔接不畅;校企文化融合不足导致内部动力衰减等现实困境制约了校企命运共同体的构建。亟需完善职业教育的法律体系,为校企命运共同体的构建提供制度保障;构建主体平等沟通机制,确保校企命运共同体的良性运转;加强校企文化的交流与互鉴,夯实校企命运共同体的文化价值认同度。Building a community with a shared future for vocational colleges and enterprises is not only the need to build the ultimate form of industry-vocational education integration,but also the inherent implication of the development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.Furthermore,it is also the essential condition of meeting the international standards of vocational education.Its core connotation is to reconstruct the logical starting point of the"maximum common number"of interest integration,innovate the spirit and essence of diversified cooperation and win-win development model,and achieve co-prosperity of the vocational college-enterprise community of shared future.However,currently in China,the lack of legal regulations in school-enterprise cooperation leads to unclear rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects.The"fireplace effect"leads to the poor connection between supply and demand of the main body.The inadequate integration of school culture and enterprise culture leads to the attenuation of internal driving.These difficulties in practice have limited the construction of the community of shared future for vocational colleges and enterprises.Therefore,we should improve the legal system of vocational education to provide institutional guarantee for the construction,build an equal communication mechanism among subjects to ensure the smooth operation of the community of shared future,strengthen the exchange and mutual learning of the school and enterprise culture to consolidate the cultural value recognition of the community of shared future.
