摘　　要：针对当前软件工程人才培养和社会需求之间面临的问题,阐述本单位软件工程专业基于产学研合作进行人才培养的探索与实践,总结探索与实践结果并展望未来软件工程人才培养中的方向。In view of the problems faced by the current software engineering personnel training and social needs,exploration and practice of the soft⁃ware engineering talents training based on industry university research collaboration is proposed.The results of the exploration and practice are summarized,and the future direction of software engineering talents training is prospected.
