摘 要:目的探讨以学生为考官的教学方法在导尿术技能培训中的作用和价值。方法选择2019年1月—2019年6月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院泌尿外科进行规范化培训或轮转的60名住院医师为研究对象,随机分成以学生为考官组(实验组)和传统教学组(对照组),每组各30名。比较两组学员在导尿术技能培训后的考核成绩以及对两种教学方法的评价。结果以学生为考官组(实验组)的技能考核成绩较传统教学组(对照组)明显提高,实验组对教学方法的评价也要好于对照组,P<0.05。结论以学生为考官的教学方法可以帮助住院医师更好地掌握导尿术操作技能。Objective To explore the role and value of a teaching method called“students as examiners”in the skill training of catheterization.Methods Sixty residents in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into two groups,the“students as examiners”group(experimental group)and the traditional teaching group(control group).The scores and evaluation of teaching methods of these residents in both groups were compared after the catheterization training.Results The skill assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the evaluation of teaching was better than the control group too,P<0.05.Conclusion The teaching method called“students as examiners”can help residents better master the skill of catheterization.
