摘  要:目的对比PBL与LBL在肿瘤科医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法本次研究时间为2017年7月-2019年6月,按照时期进行分组,2017年7月-2018年6月之间参与肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训的42名医师采用LBL教学法,设为LBL组,2018年7月-2019年6月之间的45名医师采用PBL教学法,设为PBL组,对比两组医师的理论、技能考核成绩,并采用问卷调查法了解两组医师对教学方案的满意度。结果PBL组医师的理论、技能考核成绩均显著高于LBL组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL组医师的教学方案满意度评分为(84.2±6.1)分,显著高于LBL组的(75.1±4.9)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于LBL教学法,PBL教学法应用于肿瘤科医师规范化培训,能够显著提高培训效果,同时也获得了培训医师的肯定,具有更高的应用价值。Objective To compare the effect of PBL and LBL in the standardized training of oncologists.Methods This study was conducted from July 2017 to June 2019,and divided into groups according to the period.From July 2017 to June 2018,42 doctors who participated in the standardized training of oncology residents adopted the LBL teaching method,which was set as the LBL group.From July 2018 to June 2019,45 doctors adopted the PBL teaching method,which was set as the PBL group.The results of theory and skill assessment of the two groups were compared,and the two groups were adopted questionnaire survey was used to understand the satisfaction of the two groups of doctors with the teaching program.Results The scores of theory and skill assessment of doctors in PBL group were significantly higher than those in LBL group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of doctors in PBL group was(84.2±6.1),significantly higher than that in LBL group(75.1±4.9),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with LBL teaching method,PBL teaching method applied in the standardized training of oncologists can significantly improve the training effect,at the same time,it has been affirmed by the training physicians and has a higher application value.
