摘　　要：为了了解高职中医学生职业发展现状和学校的培养质量,对石家庄医学高等专科学校针灸推拿、中医骨伤专业2010—2014级连续五届毕业生发放了调查问卷,所有的调查结果表明:绝大多数毕业生对自己的职业现状表示满意;学校的各项培养措施对学生职业生涯均起到了良好的促进作用。因此,需要继续保持与提供良好高职教育和培养模式,以满足当前出现的社会医疗需求。In order to evaluate the vocational development status and quality of higher vocational Chinese medicine students.We sent out the questionnaires to the five years graduates of acupuncture and massage and traditional Chinese medicine bone injury from 2010 to 2014 in our school.The results of the questionnaire showed that the vast majority of graduates are satisfied with their career status.All kinds of training measures in the school have played a good role in promoting the students’career.Therefore,we need to maintain and provide excellent tertiary education and training in health sciences in order to address current and emerging health needs.
