摘  要:肌纤维直径和密度是反映肌肉品质的一个重要指标。为了解在基础日粮中添加不同中草药对惠阳胡须鸡肌纤维直径和密度产生的影响,试验选取100日龄体重相近的惠阳胡须鸡128只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8只鸡。4组分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+2.5%绿茶粉、基础日粮+3%桑叶粉、基础日粮+2%大蒜粉。预试验7 d,正式试验42 d。试验结束,每组随机选取12只鸡宰杀,取胸肌制成石蜡切片,统计分析各组的肌纤维直径与密度。试验结果表明:对照组胸肌肌纤维直径、密度与绿茶粉添加组、大蒜粉添加组、桑叶粉添加组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,日粮中添加桑叶粉(3%)、绿茶粉(2.5%)和大蒜粉(2%)对惠阳胡须鸡胸肌肌纤维直径和密度没有直接的影响。Muscle fiber diameter and muscle fiber density are an important indicator of muscle quality.To understand the effect of adding different Chinese herbal medicines to the basic diet on the muscle fiber diameter and density of Huiyang bearded chicken.The experiment selected 128100-day-old Huiyang bearded chickens with similar body weight and were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 repeats in each group and 8 chickens in each repeat.The four groups were fed basic diet,basic diet+2.5%green tea powder,basic diet+3%mulberry leaf powder,basic diet+2%garlic powder,respectively.7 days in the preliminary experiment and 42 days after the formal experiment,12 chickens were randomly selected from each group,and the pectoral muscles were taken into paraffin sections.The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference in the diameter and density of pectoral muscle fibers between the control group and the green tea powder added group,garlic powder added group,and mulberry leaf powder added group(P>0.05).In summary,the addition of mulberry leaf powder(3%),green tea powder(2.5%)and garlic powder(2%)to the diet had no direct effect on the diameter and density of pectoral muscle fibers in Huiyang bearded chicken.
