摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下基于整合技术接受模型UTAUT和大五人格理论模型探索高职院院校学生在线教学平台使用意愿的心理因素,考察大五人格:外向性、神经质、严谨性、开放性和宜人性对使用意愿的影响,提出研究假设,收集有效问卷803份,使用结构方程模型进行验证,结果发现:UTAUT中的绩效期望和外部资源,大五人格中的严谨性和神经质对高职院校学生在线教学平台使用意愿存在直接的显著积极影响,开放性对高职院校学生在线教学平台使用意愿存在直接的显著消极影响;严谨性人格通过UTAUT中的绩效期望的中介作用对高职院校学生在线教学平台使用意愿存在间接的显著积极影响;宜人性人格通过UTAUT中的绩效期望和外部资源的中介作用对高职院校学生在线教学平台使用意愿存在间接的显著积极影响。Under the background of prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic,this paper,based on the technology acceptance model UTAUT and Big Five Theory model,explores the psychological factors of students'behaviour intentions to use Online Tutoring Platforms(OTPs)in higher vocational colleges,and examines the influence of Big Five personality of extraversion,neuroticism,conscientiousness,openness and agreeableness on their behaviour intentions to use OTPs.The authors put forward research hypothesis,collect 803 valid questionnaires,and verify it with structural equation model.The results are as follows:Performance expectation,facilitating conditions,conscientiousness and neuroticism have direct and significant positive impacts on students'behaviour intentions to use OTPs;Openness has an direct and significant negative effect on students'behaviour intentions to use OTPs;Conscientiousness has an indirect and significant positive effect on students'behaviour intentions to use OTPs through the mediating role of performance expectations in UTAUT;Agreeableness has an indirect and significant positive effect on students'behaviour intentions to use OTPs through the mediating roles of performance expectations and facilitating conditions in UTAUT.
