河源市市售食用植物油污染状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解河源市市售食用植物油的污染水平和趋势,掌握和分析市售食用植物油的安全状况,为制定有效的监督管理措施提供科学依据,为食品安全风险评估提供可靠的数据支持。方法 2017年-2018年按照食品安全风险监测要求选取商店超市、农贸市场、自榨油小作坊等作为采样点,采集花生油、菜籽油、玉米油等食用植物油样品,按照食品安全风险监测手册及食品安全国家标准进行黄曲霉毒素B1(AFTB1)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)的测定。结果所采集的60份市售食用植物油样品中合格的有51份,总合格率为85.0%;AFTB1的检出率为43.3%,DBP未检出,DEHP的检出率为23.3%;不合格项目均为AFTB1,超标率为15.0%。结论河源市市售食用植物油总体污染水平不高,但自榨油小作坊散装花生油AFTB1的检出率和超标率较高,相关部门仍应加强市售自榨油小作坊的安全监管力度,提高市售食用植物油的安全性,保障人民的身体健康。Objective To investigate the pollution and trend of edible vegetable oil sold in Huyuan City,master and analyze the security situation,and provide scientific basis and reliable data support for the development of effective supervisory measures,and food safety risk monitoring.Methods During 2017-2018,store supermarkets,farmers’ markets,and oil extraction workshops were selected as sampling points according to food safety risk monitoring requirements.Samples of edible vegetable oils including peanut oil,rapeseed oil and corn oil were collected.AFTB1,DBP and DEHP were measured with reference to the food safety risk monitoring manual and the corresponding food safety national standards.Results Fifty-one of the 60 commercially available vegetable oil samples were qualified,with a total qualified rate of 85.0%.The detection rate of AFTB1 was43.3%,DBP was not detected,and DEHP was detected,with the detection rate of 23.3%.The unqualified item was AFTB1,with over standard rate of 15.0%.Conclusion The overall pollution level of vegetable oils sold in Heyuan City is not high.However,the detection rate and the exceeding rate of AFTB1 in bulk peanut oil were higher in the small workshop of self-extracting oil.The relevant departments should still strengthen the safety supervision and ensure the safety of vegetable oil and protect consumers’ health.
