摘 要:法律诊所教育具有实践性的特点,决定着它对课程设置有着特殊要求,课堂设置应契合法律诊所的教学特点:以塑就高校办学特色、实现人才培养目标、走出实践教学困境为法律诊所课程的目的,使其具有“真枪实弹”的实践教学、实现主体异位、培养学生职业素养、改革教学质量评价机制之功能;应根据教学内容及“诊所”的设置选择恰当的教学模式。课程定位为选修课,应在大学三年级开设,以72学时3学分为宜。The practical quality of law clinic education decides the specific requirements for its course.Such a course is supposed to agree with the teaching characteristics of the law clinic.It should aim at shaping the college's schooling style,meeting the demands of talent training,bailing out the teaching without practice.It should function for the teaching as a real practice,for the subject to be shifted,for the students to be trained as professionals,and for the evaluation mechanism of teaching quality to be revolutionized.The appropriate teaching pattern should be chosen according to the teaching contents and the clinic course.It is suitable for the course to be designed as an optional one,offered in the third year,in 72 hours and for 3 scores.
