摘 要:"产教融合、校企合作"既是未来高校发展的趋势,同时也是培养应用型人才的有效途径。作为高校基础教师,如何依照国家提出的指导思想,在细节处着眼,从自身所教专业的课程设置上、自身业务能力上及培养学生的方案入手,深入研究产教融合、校企合作的实施方案,进而达到为企业和国家培养优秀人才的目的,将是非常值得关注的问题。本文基于"产教融合、校企合作"的理念,以半导体物理课程为研究对象,提出一定的改革创新方案,以期为半导体物理学课程的改革及应用型人才的培养提供新的思路及方法。"Industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation" is not only the trend of the future development of colleges and universities, but also an effective way to cultivate applied talents. As basic teachers in Colleges and universities,according to the guiding ideology put forward by the state, focusing on the details, starting from the curriculum setting of their own majors, their own professional ability and the scheme of cultivating students, in-depth study on the implementation scheme of the integration of production and education and school enterprise cooperation, so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating excellent talents for enterprises and the country, will be a very worthy of attention. Based on the concept of "Industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation", taking semiconductor physics course as the research object, this paper puts forward some reform and innovation programs, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the reform of semiconductor physics curriculum and the cultivation of applied talents.
