摘　　要：为落实国家产教融合职教改革新要求,破解IT类专业人才培养模式存在的问题,沈阳职业技术学院创新性地提出了一种基于股份制生产性工作室的IT专业群育人模式,即通过“股份制”绑牢校企合作关系,以工作室作为育人模式和成果转化的载体,将“生产性”作为工作室可持续发展的核心要素,进而形成了一套高职IT专业创新人才培养模式。In order to implement the new requirements of national industry-education integration vocational education reform,and solve the problems of IT professional talent training mode,Shenyang Polytechnic College proposes an IT professional cluster education mode based on joint-stock production workroom,which is to consolidate the school-enterprise cooperation by joint-stock,regard the workroom as the carrier of education mode results transfer,and view the production as the core factor of sustainable development,so as to form a set of IT professional innovative talent training modes in higher vocational colleges.
