摘 要:近年来,数字媒体技术专业逐步将行业技能竞赛引入到实训课堂教学中。通过行业竞赛,一些学生的专业技能得到了有效提高。但由于缺乏专业赛训规划,每年仍然主要是少数成绩优秀的学生参加比赛,大多数学生的整体专业水平没有得到有效提高,特别是职业能力与相关行业的需求差距仍然较大,赛训教学模式并没有充分服务于教学活动。文章探讨如何在保障“教赛训”方向正确的同时,推动三者的深度融合,围绕职业能力要求和指标,采取有效的赛训教学策略,对专业教学、实训及竞赛等进行综合性、全方位规划,让学生在各个环节的学习、训练及竞赛中不断提升实践能力,达到职业能力培养目标。In recent years,the digital media technology major has gradually introduced industry skill competitions into practical classroom teaching.Through the industry competitions,the professional skills of some students have been effectively improved.However,due to the lack of professional competition training plans,only a small number of excellent students participate in the competition every year,the overall professional level of most students has not been effectively improved,especially the gap between professional abilities and the needs of related industries is still relatively large,and the teaching model of competition training does not fully serve the teaching activities.This paper discusses how to promote the deep integration of the three while ensuring the correct direction of“teaching competition training”,adopt effective training and teaching strategies,carry out comprehensive and all-round planning for professional teaching,training and competition,so that students can continuously improve their practical ability in all aspects of learning,training and competition,so as to achieve the goal of professional ability development.
