摘　　要：随着国家处于全面深化改革关键时期所面临的复杂形势和时代要求的需要,高职院校育人工作任务艰巨.对思政教育工作者而言,既是机遇也是新挑战.高职院校思政教育工作者应结合时代需求,落实立德树人根本任务,探索新的思政教育模式,提升教育教学效果.本文试从多维度融合育人模式开展的意义、措施和实践入手,对高职院校思政教育工作多维度融合育人的必要性进行分析研究.With the country in the key period of comprehensive deepening reform,facing the complex situation and the needs of the times,the task of education in higher vocational colleges is arduous.For ideological and political educators,it is both an opportunity and a new challenge.Ideological and political education workers in higher vocational colleges should combine the needs of the times,implement the fundamental task of moral education,explore new ideological and political education mode,and improve the effect of education and teaching.Starting from the significance,measures and practice of multi-dimensional integration education mode,this paper analyzes the necessity of multi-dimensional integration of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
