摘  要:提高"准教师"群体的职业效能感,有助于其坚定职业选择、提升组织忠诚度和教学表现等.本研究对"准教师"群体的职业效能感以及他们在专业学习中的课堂体验进行调查和分析,并就课堂体验对该群体未来职业效能感的影响进行讨论.研究发现该群体职业效能感整体水平较高,但在教学能力、技术融合、学会育人和自主学习这四个亚维度上表现出信心不足.同时,课堂体验对于该群体职业效能感的各个维度均有具有显著影响.本研究立足于教学视角,主要考察了学生对教师课堂教学表现的感知和评价,准教师群体认为教师教育者在课堂教学中的师生互动、所表现出课堂组织能力以及问题解决能力有待进一步加强.教师的课堂组织能力对于该群体教学能力的自信心影响最为显著.因此,为提高准教师群体的职业效能感,教师应重视在课堂中强化师生互动,注重提升自己的课堂组织能力和问题解决能力,以帮助准教师获得更好的课堂体验并增强其对未来从事教师职业的信心.Increasing the career self-efficacy of"pre-service"teachers can help strengthen their career choices,enhance their organizational loyalty and teaching performance.This study investigated the levels of the career self-efficacy of"pre-service"teachers,their classroom experience,and their relationships.Results indicated that the"pre-service"teachers reported a generally high level of career self-efficacy.In addition,classroom experience had significant relations with all dimensions of the career self-efficacy of them.Among the classroom experience measured in this study,creating teacher-student interaction,developing classroomgroup skills,and problem-solving ability were mostly need to be further strengthened.Therefore,to improve the self-efficacy of the"pre-service"teachers,teachers should pay more attention to strengthening teacher-student interactions in the teaching process,and continuously strengthen their professional and problem-solving capabilities.
