摘  要:中小学校长专业标准是对校长素养与行为的基本要求,是中小学校长选拔、培训、评价等方面的重要依据.通过内容分析法,比较分析中国和欧美国家中小学校长专业标准的异同,提出我国中小学校长专业标准的改进建议.包括增强校长领导学校改进与创新的能力,关注校长适应变革与回应变革的能力,重视校长个人生活与职业生活之间的平衡关系,提升校长自身专业发展的意识和能力.The professional standard of primary and secondary school principals is the basic requirement for the quality and behavior of qualified principals and an important basis of principals’selection,training,assessment and evaluation.Through the content analysis method,this paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of the professional standards of primary and secondary school principals between China and Europe and the United States,and puts forward suggestions for improving the professional standards of primary and secondary school principals in China.It is suggested to revise the professional standards of principals in China,strengthen the ability of principals to lead school improvement and innovation,pay attention to principals’ability to adapt to change and respond to change,attach importance to the balance between principals’personal life and professional life,and emphasize principals’awareness and ability of their own professional development.
