摘 要:泰勒首创的科学管理理论是一个由人机协同、劳资合作、社会和谐依次递进的三个部分构成的“系统管理”理论或“任务管理系统”。其中,人机协同是科学管理的基础,劳资合作是科学管理的精髓,社会和谐是科学管理的价值归宿。科学管理理论最突出的特点在于,无论是人机协同、劳资合作或社会和谐的达成,还是三者的有机统一,都是建立在严格的科学精神与科学方法即“科学的”管理基础之上的,具有鲜明的工具理性特征。而泰勒科学管理理论对当代管理的最大启示在于,必须从组织、员工与社会的和谐统一中,以科学理性精神来应用和创新任何的管理理论或模式,才能实现其增进组织效率和促进社会和谐的价值目标。Frederick Winslow Taylor’s scientific management theory is a‘systematic management’theory or‘task management system’composed of the progressive Trilogy which include coordination between human being and machine,cooperation between labor and capital and social harmony.Among the tripartite,coordination between human being and machine is the foundation of scientific management,cooperation between labor and capital is the essence and social harmony is the destination.The most prominent feature of scientific management theory is that they are all based on the strict scientific spirit and scientific method,that is,“scientific”management from implementation of each to the organic unity among human-machine cooperation,labor-capital cooperation and social harmony,so they have distinct characteristics of instrumental rationality.The greatest enlightenment of Taylor’s scientific management theory to contemporary management lies in that it is necessary to apply and innovate any theory or mode of management in the harmonious unity of organization,employees and society with the spirit of scientific rationality,so as to realize its value goal of improving organizational efficiency and promoting social harmony.
