摘  要:校企合作、产教融合是职业教育办学的基本模式。剖析华为ICT学院校企合作“双主体育人”共建共长人才培养模式创新与实践,其主要经验包括:创新课程思政有效融入、按需求导向设置课程、构建混编教学团队、共建产教融合实训基地、引入标准职业等级证书制度、现代学徒制下双主体育人。实践证明,华为ICT学院“双主体育人”模式成效显著,实现了校企融合双主体办学,资源共建共享,人才共育共长。The amalgamation of industry and education is the basic mode of vocational education.Analyze the innovation and practice of talent-training mode of co-construction and co-growth in Huawei ICT College based on school-enterprise cooperation education system.It mainly include the innovative curriculum through integrated educational function of politics,demand-oriented curriculum provision,construction of a combined teaching team,jointly construction of a practical training base for integrating industry and education,introduction of the standard occupational certificate system,modern apprenticeship system based school enterprise education system.Practice has proved that Huawei ICT College’s“College-enterprise cooperative education mode”has achieved remarkable results,which realized the School-Enterprise Education,sharing of resources,and co-construction and co-growth of talent-training.
