摘　　要：考核体系作为现代学徒制的一个重要部分,是保证现代学徒制人才培养质量的关键。以投资与理财专业为例,将现代学徒制学生大学生涯分为三个阶段,按照考核主体多元化、考核内容综合化、考核形式多样化等原则,结合不同阶段的培养目标,分别制定考核项目和考核内容,并最终形成完整的考核体系。该考核体系已经运用于重庆财经职业学院投资与理财专业现代学徒制人才培养中。As a crucial part of modern apprentice system,assessment system is the key to ensure talent development quality of modern apprentice system.Taking investment and financial management major as an example,classify college student’s career of modern apprentice system into three stages.Based on principles of diversified assessment subject,comprehensive assessment content,multiple assessment form,combining with cultivation objectives in different stages,separately formulate assessment project and content to form a complete assessment system at last.This assessment system has been employed in the modern apprentice system talent cultivation of investment and financial management major in Chongqing College of Finance and Economics.
