摘　　要：我国档案网络继续教育经历了孕育、出现与快速发展以及全面发展三个阶段,已成为档案继续教育的重要形态。档案网络继续教育研究可通过“价值-技术-资源”三个维度展开。档案网络继续教育体系发展的价值重塑包括网络教育规模化、教育体系质量化,技术创新包括平台建设多元化、学习服务泛在化,资源重构包括资源供给体系化、价值要素融通化。Archival network continuing education in China has experienced three stages:gestation,emergence and rapid development,and comprehensive development,which has become an important form of archival continuing education.The research on archival network continuing education can be carried out through three dimensions of'value-technology-resource'.The development of archival network continuing education system in China contains three contents:value remodeling including the development of large-scale of online education and high-quality of education system,technological innovation including the development of diversification of platform construction and ubiquity of learning service,resources restructure including the development of systematization of resource supply and integration of value elements.
