摘 要:为解决现有激光混沌系统有限时间同步研究中仅利用系统输出实现同步难以进一步提高同步精度的问题,首先对含有不确定性的系统提出了基于神经网络(NN)的有限时间观测器设计,放松了现有混沌系统观测器设计中的一些假设条件,以处理系统中的不确定性;然后,建立了基于观测器和光电反馈的半导体激光器的混沌同步系统模型,提出了利用观测器估计载流子数的思想,实现了基于观测器的激光混沌系统同步控制;提出的激光混沌系统的观测器-控制器一体化设计方法有效提高了同步性能。In order to solve the problem that improvement of synchronization accuracy is difficult by only using the system output in the current study of laser chaotic system synchronization in finite time,a robust finite-time observer based on neural network is proposed firstly for the system with uncertainty.The design avoids some hypothetical conditions in current observer design of chaotic systems and it can deal with the uncertainties.Secondly,the laser chaotic synchronization system model based on observer and semiconductor laser is established.Based on the model and estimating carrier quantum by observer,the synchronization control of laser chaotic system based on observer is realized.Finally,the design unifying the observer and controller are put forward,and the synchronization errors are proved convergent asymptotically.
