摘  要:基于当前电商农产品实用标准缺失的现状,在调研全国和北京具有代表性农业电商的基础上,分析研究了电商农产品在收购和销售中农产品质量上、认知上存在的问题,构建了电商农产品技术标准指标。研究和制定了蔬菜、甜玉米、草莓和西甜瓜等生鲜农产品的适用于电子商务交易的分级、包装、保鲜技术实用标准,填补了国内部分空白。通过在70多家单位的推广应用,降低了产品的损耗率,提高了生产企业和电商企业的利润水平,具有很好的应用前景。There is a lack of applicable standards for e-commerce agricultural products.Based on the research on representative agricultural e-commerce in Beijing and nationwide,this paper analyzes the quality and cognitive problems of e-commerce agricultural products in the purchase and sale,creates the technical standard indicators for e-commerce agricultural products.It also studies and develops standards for grading,packaging,and preservation of fresh agricultural products such as vegetables,sweet corn,strawberries,and melons,which are suitable for e-commerce transactions and fill a gap in this area.These standards have been used in more than 70 companies,helping reduce the loss rate of products,and improving the profits of production enterprises and e-commerce enterprises,which have a bright prospect.
