摘　　要：国际组织的对内管理和对外工作均需仰赖翻译服务,但在其翻译实践中,常存在待译文本数量巨大、工作流程复杂、译者难以获取恰当的术语和文献支持等问题,需借助新技术手段进行针对性解决。本文以欧盟机构的翻译实践为例,基于实地调查,评介欧盟现阶段使用的办公自动化软件、翻译记忆、术语库、机器翻译平台等信息技术工具,并简略探索上述工具的使用可能为我国翻译人才培养带来的若干启示。The management of international organizations and their communication with the outside world largely depend on translation work.But in practice the problems can multiply:the large amount of documents to translate,the complexity of the workflow,the terminological difficulties and the problems in the documentation…all calls for relevant solutions.Taking the case of the institutions of the European Union and based on empirical studies,this article examines the various IT solutions offered by the translation departments of the EU institutions,such as machine translation,OA software,terminology database and translation memories,from which we have also tried to draw lessons for the training of translators in China.
