高中体育课程中学生思维能力的培养——以“三门球运动”为例

摘  要:教育的目的是让人学会思考,体育课程也不例外。《普通高中课程方案》的学科课程培养目标对思维能力提出了较高要求,国外体育学科也非常重视学生解决体育学习中实际问题能力的培养,强调对学生思维等方面的改善和提升。体育课程既要追求学科核心素养的达成,又要着眼于学生的全面发展、个性化发展和可持续发展,“健康中国”的建设与思维能力的培养可以并行不悖,三门球运动给出了很好的案例。三门球运动将德、智、体的要求集于一身,既促进了身心健康、体魄强健,又突出了技战术的思维要求和体育品德的自我修炼,取得显著成效,也受到普遍欢迎。The purpose of education is to let people learn to think,and physical education is no exception.The subject curriculum training objectives of the“General Senior High School Curriculum Program”put forward higher requirements for thinking ability.Foreign physical education disciplines also attach great importance to the cultivation of students’ability to solve practical problems in sports learning,and emphasize the improvement and promotion of students’thinking.The physical education curriculum should not only pursue the achievement of the core literacy of the subject,but also focus on the overall development,individualized development and sustainable development of students.The construction of a“healthy China”and the cultivation of thinking ability can go hand in hand.The three goal ball sport,which is a good case,combines the requirements of morality,intelligence,and physical fitness.It not only promotes physical and mental health,physical fitness,but also highlights the technical and tactical thinking requirements and the self-cultivation of sports morality.It has achieved remarkable results and is also generally welcomed.
