基于现代学徒制的五年制高职人才培养方案制定研究——以旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制人才培养方案是现代学徒制人才培养的基本依据和规范性文件,直接决定人才培养质量。文章对五年制高职的人才培养现状进行分析,以龙城旅游控股集团与江苏联合职业技术学院常州旅游商贸分院合作的江苏省现代学徒制试点项目为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学实施方案、师资队伍、实施保障等方面对制定现代学徒制人才培养方案进行研究,为实现校企深度合作培养人才、实践现代学徒制、培养学生实际职业能力提供依据和实施方法,为五年制高职现代学徒制试点提供理论依据和实践借鉴。The personnel cultivating program of modern apprenticeship is the fundamental basis and standard document for the talent cultivation based on modern apprenticeship, which decides the quality of talent cultivation directly. This paper give an analysis of the status of talent cultivation with five-year higher vocational education. Taking the pilot project of modern apprenticeship in Jiangsu province cooperated by Dragon City Tourism Holding Group with our school as an example, from the aspects of talent cultivation target, course system,teaching implementation plan, faculty, and implementing guarantee, the paper conducts research on the personnel cultivating program based on modern apprenticeship, which hopes to provide basis and implementing methods for deeper cooperation of talent cultivation between school and enterprise, practicing modern apprenticeship, and reaching the target of actual occupational ability of students, and besides, it can also provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the pilot modern apprenticeship five-year higher vocational education.
