摘  要:分别从标样配制和稀释方法改进、酸度调节剂改变和操作方法标准化、显色剂配制方法和用量优化等方面,对国标法测定水中苯胺类化合物进行了研究和改进。用改进方法测定了印染废水中苯胺类化合物的含量,通过精密度及回收率实验对其进行了评价,并和国标法进行了比较,结果满意。该实验源于教学过程中发现的问题,实验的改进内容涵盖了定量分析中误差的来源与减免、化学分析中实验方法的设计、操作规范化等内容。实验结果表明,改进方法操作更简便,试剂空白值低,结果重复性好,样品回收率高。The national standard method for determination of aniline compounds in water was studied and improved in some aspects:preparation and dilution method of standard sample,adjustment of acidity regulator,standardization of operationmethod,preparation method and dosage optimization of color reagent.The contents of aniline compounds in printing and dyeing wastewater were determined by the improved method,which was evaluated through precision and recovery experiments and compared with the national standard method.The results was satisfactory.This experiment was originated in teaching process.The improvement of the experiment covers the source and reduction of errors in quantitative analysis,the design of experimental methods in chemical analysis,and the standardization of operation.The experimental results show that the improved method is more convenient,the reagent blank value is low,the result repeatability is better and the sample recovery is high.
